Because my community rocks. :D
Here's a photo of one of the downed trees from last weeks storm. I now have a portion of it on my deck that I am using as a stool come flower pot holder thing. I know, kinda white trashy, but I don't care. It's still my house, I can do what I want. :D

Good photos of my garden are coming soon. To give you an idea of before/after, here's a photo (stolen from Hubs Facebook of what the garden looked like right after we got the beds completely made and just planted everything. You can kinda sorta see the cages and trellis if you know where to look for them, but that's about it. Most of the plants were just little baby seeds at this point. You can also see the beginning milkweed plants coming in on the far side. We has butterfly's and don't want to take away their food source. The far right of the garden is transplanted lily's, a rose bush, and hollyhocks. One of the lily's just started blooming yesterday so I'll try and get pics tonight. It's gorgeous! Next year we're going to move all of them out of the garden and in to other beds we just made this summer. I'm excited. :)
